TERMS OF SALE


IMC Gallery Inc. is dedicated to presenting its lighting in the best possible condition. The lighting and accessories are vintage and signs of wear and use should be expected. In some instances, a piece may be left in the condition found. If rewiring, polishing, lacquer and restoration are requested, the additional cost is the purchaser's responsibility. We do our best to describe the items and we are happy to answer any questions. In fact, if you have additional information on an item, we welcome hearing from you. Similarly, if you do not agree with a description and wish to discuss the matter we welcome your comments.

Item descriptions are important and we believe ours to be accurate and true. Still, we make no guarantees of any kind. In regard to an item's attribution, manufacture, provenance, period, description, authenticity, restoration, origin, condition, etc., we will not be held responsible in any manner.

IMC Gallery Inc. is constantly updating its website with new items, information and availability. We make every effort to insure that availability of an item(s) is accurate. However, an item may be on hold, pending a sale or a sale recently completed. We make no guarantee an item(s) is available. It is best to contact us. In addition, more than one party may be interested in an item(s) at the same time. We reserve the right to choose which party will purchase the item. In addition, IMC Gallery Inc. reserves the right not to honour any incorrect prices whether listed, verbally quoted or sent via e-mail. Prices quoted that are old may not be valid and subject to change. It is always best to inquire for the most current prices and availability. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES ARE BASED IN U.S. DOLLARS AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Personal checks and USPS money orders are accepted. Personal checks must be held until clear, usually a 14 day period, prior to shipping or delivery. Wire transfer is available and subject to our approval. Any bank fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. New York State Sales tax of 8.25% is additional on all items picked up or shipped within New York State. Trade that provides a resale certificate will not be taxed.

Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will ship USPS priority and Fed Ex ground. We will not ship UPS. Purchase of insurance is required. Purchasers may also make arrangements, when possible and depending on our availability, to have the item(s) picked up in person.
